No. VentureWorks improves clarity, trust, customer contact, and daily organization, but it does not guarantee sales, traffic, search rankings, or revenue.
What does “posts and ads, handled for you” mean?
VentureWorks prepares and schedules the posts or advertisements you approve, so the business keeps showing up without you having to remember to post every day. You choose what is promoted, approve the message, and set the advertising budget before anything runs.

What happens after I book the $75 phone consultation?
Stripe handles the payment when the phone-call payment link is live. After payment, complete consultation intake so VentureWorks has your business link, context, and anything specific you want to talk through on the 1-hour call.
What happens after I submit intake?
For the free email consultation, VentureWorks reviews your intake and replies by email with the clearest next step. If you requested a 1-hour phone consultation, VentureWorks sends payment and scheduling details before the call unless you already paid through Stripe.
Can the $75 phone consultation fee go toward a website build?
Yes. The $75 phone consultation fee applies toward website, posts and ads, or website care work booked within 14 days.
What do I get from the free email consultation?
You send your website or social page and what feels broken. VentureWorks reviews it and replies by email with the clearest next step: what is probably costing you trust, contact, quotes, bookings, payment, or follow-up.
When do I pay for a consultation?
The email consultation is free. The 1-hour phone consultation is $75 and is paid before the call. If the phone payment link is live, you can pay through Stripe first and then complete intake; otherwise, submit intake and VentureWorks sends payment/scheduling details.
What is not included in the consultation?
Design work, implementation, full search-engine research (SEO), traffic reporting setup, post or advertising setup, and unlimited back-and-forth are not included. The consultation identifies the next right step; it is not the build itself.
Website Builds
How much does a website build cost?
Starter Website Build is usually $500-$900. Larger sites are quoted after review because booking, payment, added pages, and outside services affect the work. Start with the free email consultation if you are unsure. The $75 phone consultation can be credited toward your build within 14 days.
What is included in Starter Website Build?
Starter Website Build includes a focused 2–4 page website with core pages, clear service sections, a contact path or form, a confirmation reply and one agreed customer reminder, a mobile-friendly layout, basic homepage wording cleanup, image placement, social links, basic search setup (SEO), one default revision round, and final files, access, and instructions after the balance is paid.
What is not included?
Full branding, logo design, online stores, booking setup, payment setup, ongoing search work, ongoing post or advertising management, full copywriting from scratch, unlimited revisions, extra pages, product uploads, and social graphics are not included by default. They can be added to the written scope.
How many revisions are included?
Starter Website Build includes one revision round by default. A second revision round may be included if scoped in writing. New pages, major design changes, major copy changes, or new features cost extra.
What if I delay sending content?
If the client delays required materials, content, approvals, or access, the project timeline pauses. Extended delays may require the project to be rescheduled.
E-Books, Templates & Website Care
Are the e-books and website templates ready to buy?
The first releases are being prepared. VentureWorks will not open checkout until each product has a finished file, a clear description, delivery instructions, license terms, support limits, and an accurate refund policy.
How will a digital purchase be delivered?
The product page will state the file format, what software is needed, what is included, and how access is delivered before payment. The buyer will also receive clear access instructions after a successful Stripe checkout.
Can VentureWorks keep my website updated after launch?
Yes. Website Care can cover agreed updates, checks, backups, and small changes on a monthly plan. The exact limits, response time, platform access, and monthly price are written down before the plan starts.
Payments & Policies
How do deposits work?
Starter Website Build requires a deposit before production begins. Deposits may become non-refundable once VentureWorks starts project research, planning, copy cleanup, design, development, setup, review, or production work after payment and scope confirmation.
Are refunds available?
The email consultation is free. The $75 phone consultation may be canceled or refunded only before phone-call preparation or scheduling work begins. Duplicate payments or overpayments can be reviewed manually.
