Do you offer automations, workflows, or business systems?
Yes, but they are not the front-door offer. Advanced systems are scoped after diagnosis, once the basic presence and customer path are clear enough to support deeper work.

What happens after I pay for the audit?
Stripe handles the payment. After payment, the next step is audit intake so VentureWorks has the business link, context, and anything specific you want reviewed.
What happens after I submit intake?
VentureWorks reviews the business context, confirms fit or scope if needed, then prepares the written fix list after payment and materials are confirmed.
Can the audit fee go toward a website build?
Yes. The audit fee applies toward a website, workflow, automation, or system build or repair if booked within 14 days.
What exactly do I get from the $75 audit?
A written fix list with screenshots and notes. It covers offer clarity, customer trust, mobile clarity, contact path, menu or service clarity, and follow-up gaps. You get the biggest leaks and a recommended next step — whether that step is a build or a repair.
When do I pay?
After I review your request and confirm it's a fit, I'll send payment details. You pay upfront before the audit begins. No charge until scope is confirmed.
What is not included in the audit?
Design work, implementation, full SEO research, analytics setup, automation builds, and unlimited consulting. The audit is a focused diagnostic, not a build.

How much does a website build cost?
A Starter Website Build is usually $500–$900. Larger sites and systems are quoted after diagnosis because booking paths, payment routes, follow-up workflows, and custom integrations affect scope.
What is included in Starter Website Build?
Starter Website Build includes a focused 2–4 page website with core pages, clear service sections, contact path or form, mobile-friendly layout, basic homepage copy cleanup, image placement, social links, basic SEO, one default revision round, and handoff after balance is paid.
What is not included?
Full branding, logo design, ecommerce, booking automation, payment setup, advanced SEO, full copywriting from scratch, unlimited revisions, extra pages, product uploads, and social graphics are not included by default. They can be scoped as add-ons.
How many revisions are included?
Starter Website Build includes one revision round by default. A second revision round may be included if scoped in writing. New pages, major design changes, major copy changes, or new features cost extra.
What if I delay sending content?
If the client delays required materials, content, approvals, or access, the project timeline pauses. Extended delays may require the project to be rescheduled.

How do deposits work?
Starter Website Build requires a deposit before production begins. Deposits may become non-refundable once VentureWorks starts project research, planning, copy cleanup, design, development, setup, review, or production work after payment and scope confirmation.
Are refunds available?
The $75 audit may be canceled or refunded only before audit work begins. Once review work has started, the audit is generally non-refundable. Duplicate payments or overpayments can be reviewed manually.
