Terms of Service

VentureWorks Digital is a brand of Ventures & Investing LLC, founded by Sha’Rod Williams. These terms apply to VentureWorks Digital services unless a written agreement says otherwise. Services may include audits, website builds, presence build and repair, customer path build and repair, operating system builds, documents, workflows, automations, or related project work.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, deposits, revision rounds, and exclusions should be confirmed before work begins. Changes outside the confirmed scope may require a new quote or written approval.

Audits are paid before review work begins unless otherwise confirmed. Website builds and larger projects may require deposits before production begins, with final balances due before launch, handoff, or delivery.

Starter Website Build includes 1 revision round by default. A second revision round may be included if scoped in writing. New pages, major design changes, major copy changes, or new features cost extra.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, required content, images, login access, approvals, feedback, and third-party account access when needed. Delays in these materials may pause or reschedule the timeline.

Some projects may involve Stripe, FormSubmit, Vercel, hosting platforms, domains, booking tools, email services, plugins, or other third-party services. Third-party costs, accounts, outages, fees, and policies are not controlled by VentureWorks Digital.

Clients are responsible for having the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks, product information, or materials they provide. VentureWorks Digital may request replacements if materials appear incomplete, unclear, or unsuitable for the project.

Final project files, published pages, or handoff materials are delivered after the agreed balance is paid, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Drafts, internal notes, unused concepts, and working files may remain VentureWorks Digital materials.

The VentureWorks Digital name, logo, website content, page designs, code, and original materials are the property of Ventures & Investing LLC unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or reused without written permission.

Final deliverables created for a paying client transfer to that client under the Ownership and handoff terms above. Third-party tools, fonts, images, and libraries remain the property of their respective owners.

VentureWorks Digital may show clearly labeled concept studies, samples, internal demos, or approved work. Client work should not be presented as public client proof unless permission has been granted.

VentureWorks Digital improves clarity, trust, customer paths, and business systems, but does not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, customer behavior, or platform performance.

VentureWorks Digital is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate client information, third-party services, delayed materials, platform outages, unsupported changes, or work outside the confirmed scope.

These terms may be updated as services, tools, or business needs change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
